Tried calling downstairs, they were too short staffed to be able to help with this. ![]() You were supposed to be able to hook up your phone with Netflix, spent 11/2 hours on the phone with someone that wasn't at the hotel and he ended up saying no one in the hotel could pair with the internet server. They forgot one item and the condiments and plastic ware, so had to make another trip. Not in the mood for a 28oz steak, just wanted something they were serving in the restaurant, ended up having to go downstairs again and bringing up food. Went to our room to order room service and was told the only thing we could was on their menu. No one knew, how hard a question is this, then someone said they thought so. ![]() Went to the restaurant downstairs to make sure we could get their food for room service as the room service menu was VERY limited. Couldn't get the internet, no one had time to help because they were short staffed both nights. Stayed in the Parlor Suite, a little pricey for location, supposed to be the nicest room, but a little on the worn side. Advertised room service, we got there on a Thursday and were told special menu, no room service, so we had to go down to the restaurant and get our food and bring it up to our room. From the minute you checked in, they acted like they could care less.
